Salem Round Table
The Salem Round Table meeting is returning to an IN-PERSON meeting, at the Scottish Rite Center in Salem (4090 Commercial St SE, Salem). Heading south, the Center is just past McDonald’s on the left side of the road. The meeting will start at 6:30 and last till
9 pm. Food is not available at this location. But folks are welcomed to bring drinks & snacks.

Please be prepared to introduce yourself and talk about your experience, real estate interests, deals you are looking for, and deals you have. Bring your questions for the group. If you don’t have experience, don’t worry – you’re still welcome to participate. Investors of all experience levels are encouraged to attend. Join us to learn!
6:30-7p: Networking and introductions
7-7:30p: Local real estate trends and market analysis,
7:30-8p: Deal analysis of current property in Escrow and 1 recent closed sale (participants can bring a property of their own for us to analyze if they have one as well)
8-9 pm: General real estate discussion centered around how to find deals and what makes a deal worth pursuing.

Topics vary each month from general, deal-making discussions – to presentations on various topics – to field trips. Meeting agendas (except field trips) generally include:
• Feature Topic (approx. 1 hour)
• Q&A or General Discussion
If we have a feature topic, we will announce it at the beginning of the meeting and we will have shorter introductions. If we don’t have a specific topic to discuss, our meeting will be more freeform and will likely focus on networking and open forum discussion.
We welcome attendees to share details on whatever deals they are working on or have recently finished. We may do deal analysis on those deals so we can all learn. In a positive way, we can talk about problems that came up, what investors did to work through those problems, and how to turn problems into opportunities. $$$ We may talk about:

Folks are welcome to share contact info, ask for referrals, talk about deals they’re looking for or have, or bring a problem to the group and ask for feedback. We have a lot of great interaction at these meetings! It’s real people talking about real deals.
