Get paid THREE TIMES on your next purchase?  Buy a house with NO MONEY DOWN?  Get seller-carried financing for ZERO INTEREST RATE?

The answers to these three questions are YES, YES,YES.

At this monthly investor meeting on August 26th, we welcome our special guest, Robert Harden.  He will share how he has successfully built a significant passive income, using the creative financing tools listed above.  Mark your calendar today.  You DO NOT want to miss this very special presentation.  Everyone in attendance will receive a special down payment assistance gift from your host.

Come early, grab a pizza, and bring your cell phone and a note pad.  You will be glad that you attended.  Come early for a good seat, as the room will fill up fast.

Join us at our monthly roundtable in Portland for networking, deal sharing, and deal analysis/discussion. This is a general roundtable discussion on various topics including how to finance your next real estate investment with creative, non-traditional financing options, and foreclosures. This group generally meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month.

All Members are welcome to attend for FREE. Guests may attend as trial members for two meetings for free prior to making an investment in membership.
