ABOUT CHRISTIAN BRYANT

Christian Bryant is president of the Northwest Real Estate Investors Association. He also serves as president of the Central Oregon Real Estate Investors Association and the Portland Area Rental Owners Association and is a board member for the Oregon Rental Housing Association. He has been involved in real estate, financing, and property management for over 20 years. He owns and operates IRC Enterprises and Real Estate & Property Management Education.

ABOUT PATRICK SIENG

Patrick Sieng serves as executive director for the Northwest Real Estate Investors Association, Central Oregon Real Estate Investors Association, and the Portland Area Rental Owners Association. He is a licensed real estate principal broker and owner of Salem-based Capitol Real Estate and a licensed mortgage loan originator with Landmark Professional Mortgage. He has been involved with real estate for 10 years. Patrick has been a registered lobbyist at the state capitol for 10 years, representing many different clients.
