During this class we will cover the changes or “roll backs” to the city of Portland “F.A.I.R. Ordinance” as well as the new state landlord / tenant laws HB 291 and SB 1536. If you own or manage rental units in the state of Oregon and in the city of Portland, OR then you need to know what has changed this year. The city of Portland changes go in to effect August 1st.

There will be scheduled Q&A breaks during the class, but if we can’t get to your questions during class we always stick around to answer questions for up to 15 minutes after the class ends.
