Find Your Financial Future with Mortgage Foreclosures

Moderated by Dave Metsker & Dick Uffelman

Mortgage foreclosures are the easiest and fastest way to get started in real estate investing.  Learn how the systems work.  Yes, there are two types of mortgage foreclosures used in Oregon.  Learn how to make money, even after a property is sold at auction.  Get access to all the FREE tools you need to get your first, or next deal.

Come early, grab a pizza, and bring your cell phone and a note pad.  You will be glad that you attended.  Come early for a good seat, as the room will fill up fast.

Join us at our monthly roundtable in Portland for networking, deal sharing, and deal analysis/discussion. This is a general roundtable discussion on various topics including how to finance your next real estate investment with creative, non-traditional financing options, and foreclosures. This group generally meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month.

All Members are welcome to attend for FREE. Guests may attend as trial members for two meetings for free prior to making an investment in membership.
