ABOUT JANEL PAGE

Janel Page and her husband Virgil Dean Payne, Jr. own Clockwork Properties LLC, which specializes in purchasing and renovating distressed single family homes (foreclosures, bank REOs, and sellers who need to sell fast). They live in Keizer and have one daughter. Janel grew up in Turner and attended Cascade High School. Janel and Virgil moved to Salem/Keizer as adults and began investing in real estate in 2008. They enjoy camping, dinner with friends, and spending time with their daughter.

ABOUT TOM STUTZMAN

Tom Stutzman has been involved in real estate for 17 years and is a long-time member of NWREIA and current board member. He spent several years as a real estate broker working almost exclusively with investors while doing some fix and flip properties on his own. He has been involved in approximately 100 transactions as a buyer, seller, lender, or paid consultant. Tom's investment experience is diverse - ranging from a mobile homes he purchased for less than $1,000 to multi-million dollar mixed use commercial properties. He currently focuses on buy and hold properties in Monmouth and Independence. He has been a moderator for the Salem Round Table for 14 years.
