Learn how to "dig them up", using the free lists available, and the secret "code word" that they are really dead, and not just dying.  As a bonus, you will also learn how to identify properties owned by people who may be about to die in the next few days, weeks, or months. As a general rule, dead people usually do not make their mortgage payments on time, and this is a big clue to look for.

So, if you want some "deadly serious" training on how to turn "dead leads" into money in your pocket, join your friends on Tuesday, July 23 at Lake Oswego Round Table Pizza.  Come early and network.  As a bonus, all those who are on time at 6:30 PM will take home a special gift.

Join us at our monthly roundtable in Portland for networking, deal sharing, and deal analysis/discussion. This is a general roundtable discussion on various topics including how to finance your next real estate investment with creative, non-traditional financing options, and foreclosures.
