Featured Speaker: Brian Durhrkoop, Nick Shivers Team - Keller Williams Portland Central Realty
Moderated by Dave Metsker & Dick Uffelman

So, you finished your rehab, and you want to sell it at retail pricing.  In most cases, you will want to list it on the Multiple Listing Service, also known as the MLS.  You, as the seller, will need to have a working knowledge of the numerous forms that are associated with the process.  Did you know that there are some detailed forms that you can leave blank, just because you have full training and knowledge of the process?  We are blessed to have Brian Duhrkoop, an Oregon licensed real estate broker, as our guest speaker.  He will walk you through the whole process, so you will be prepared to understand every step on the way to getting paid.

As a bonus, I have asked him to share a cash buyer "Sell Before You List" platform that the Nick Shivers team offers their clients, which I used on a tax deed foreclosure property that just closed this month.

Come early, grab a pizza, network, and take lots of notes.

Join us at our monthly roundtable in Portland for networking, deal sharing, and deal analysis/discussion. This is a general roundtable discussion on various topics including how to finance your next real estate investment with creative, non-traditional financing options, and foreclosures.
