ABOUT CARL ROYER

Carl Royer has been a building designer, builder, Realtor, remodeler, single and multifamily investor, and appraiser in Oregon and Washington. He has been investing in single and multifamily homes for 40 years. Carl retired from appraising several years ago and actively pursues buying and managing real estate investments. He is also active in crypto yield farming and helping friends reach financial independence. He is a NWREIA board member and has moderated the Vancouver Round Table for many years.
