Christian has been working in real estate in the Portland and Salem areas since 2003. His expertise includes commercial/residential mortgages, and account executive/founding partner of Blue Fund Inc - a privately funded commercial finance and venture firm. Christian started Coldwell Banker Mountain West Property Management in February 2009 and merged with in 2016. IRC specializes in property management, construction/repairs, and residential and commercial property sales. He also owns Real Estate & Property Management Education and trains landlords across the state on how to be responsible property managers. Christian is also president of the Portland Area Rental Owners Association and has been president of NWREIA since 2016.
Dave Metsker is a long time NWREIA member and was elected vice-president in 2022. He has moderated the Portland Roundtable for many years. Dave has owned Prime Financial Group since 1990. He is a former Realtor and current mortgage broker and specializes in creative financing options for real estate investors.
Steve has owned A2Z Home Inspections since 1989 and has performed over 10,000 inspections. He is also past president of the Oregon Association of Home Inspectors and has served on the boards of the Oregon Real Estate Inspectors Association, Oregon Pest Control Association, and the National Association of Home Inspectors.
Sam is the owner of Tax Pro & Accounting Services. He is an enrolled agent and licensed tax consultant with the State of Oregon. he provides personal and business income tax preparation. He serves as Vice-President of the Oregon Association of Tax Consultants - Columbia River Union. He has been investing in real estate and the stock market for over 30 years.
Dick spent four years as trial attorney in the tax division of the Oregon Department of Justice followed by 47 years at a private law practice in Portland. He graduated from Willamette University College of Law and holds a masters in law in taxation from New York University School of Law. His areas of practice are taxation, probate, real estate law, and foreclosure litigation. He has been a real estate investor since 1973.
