Zach Smith is the Chief Lending Officer for Cetan Funds (pronounced seet-n), a family-owned private lending business based in Eugene. Cetan Funds is a direct portfolio lender in Oregon and SW Washington with a background in commercial real estate and commercial lending. Unlike many lenders, Cetan Funds is backed by their own pool of investor capital, which has served as the funding source for over $100 million in private loans. While Zach and Cetan offer creative solutions for borrowers, they also offer a unique and exciting investment opportunity in their real estate debt fund for qualified investors. Zach holds his B.A. from the University of Oregon and lives in Eugene. Outside of Cetan and his own real estate investments, Zach is a movie buff who enjoys spending time with family, especially his wife Leslie.
