Join us at our monthly roundtable in Portland for networking, deal sharing, and deal analysis/discussion. This is a general roundtable discussion on various topics including how to finance your next real estate investment with creative, non-traditional financing options, and foreclosures.

ABOUT DAVE METSKER


Dave Metsker is a long time NWREIA member and past vice-president of the board. He has moderated the Portland Roundtable for many years. Dave has owned Prime Financial Group since 1990. He is a former Realtor and current mortgage broker and specializes in creative financing options for real estate investors.

ABOUT DICK UFFELMAN

Dick Uffelman spent 4 years as a trial attorney in the Tax Division of the Oregon State Department of Justice followed by 47 years in private law practice in the Portland area.  He holds a doctorate from Willamette University College of Law and the degree of master of laws in taxation from New York University School of Law. His primary areas of practice in the most recent years were taxation, probate and real estate law, with special emphasis in foreclosure litigation.  He bought his first real estate investment property in 1973. Although retired from private practice, he sits as an appellate judge on the Warm Springs Tribal Court and continues to lead the NWREIA pre/post foreclosure group each month as he has for many years.
