has been a building designer, builder, Realtor, remodeler, single and multifamily investor, and appraiser in Oregon and Washington. He has been investing in single and multifamily homes for 40 years. Carl retired from appraising several years ago and actively pursues buying and managing real estate investments. He is also active in crypto yield farming and helping friends reach financial independence. 

Matthew Nicholson has a background in management, real estate fix and flips, and is an experienced investor in decentralized finance.

Nick Motis has experience in non-fungible tokens or NFTs and is developing a token for fractionalized real estate ownership.
