Title Report Tricks and Traps

Learn from two title report experts what to look for in a title report, how the title company locates and documents EXCEPTIONS (PROBLEMS), and how you can work with your title officer to solve these problems.  At the end of the evening, you will know more about a title report than many escrow officers!

We are blessed to have two seasoned experts, Carlene Lodeski, Senior Sales Executive, and Bob Bradon, Senior Title Officer, both with Lawyers Title Company, as our special guests.  Bob uses his 40+ years of experience to almost magically solve title problems and facilitate the closing of complex transactions.

We will review a "messy" title report, line by line, and show how Bob can "clean up" the title report, so that we can complete our purchase or sale.

Come at 6:30 PM, grab a pizza, and then network with other new and seasoned investors.  At 7:00 PM, Dave Metsker, moderator, will give brief announcements and welcome first-time guests, and then introduce Carlene and Bob for a very interesting presentation.
