I'm a real estate professional in the Portland area. I run a real estate investment company with my husband called Javiena Group named after our children Javier & Siena. My primary goal is to provide solutions for owners and their properties. We buy single family homes and multi-family properties.

For the past 11 years we have helped numerous people avoid foreclosure, sell inherited homes, sell off rentals, and create monthly income streams while deferring capital gains.

I specialize in helping property owners who want to sell outside of the traditional sales process. We pay closing costs and sellers don’t need to make any repairs. We love transforming distressed properties into amazing homes or apartments for families.

Wellness is an absolute passion for me and I believe our health is our wealth. I became an Ayurvedic Wellness Mentor in December 2023. Ayurveda comes from India is all about Digestion, Detoxification and the quality of our blood. Everything we are ingesting is becoming one of the 7 bodily tissues. You are what you can absorb not what you eat. I love talking about this with anyone I meet. I meditate daily and enjoy yoga and breathwork weekly.
