Kristine Yu is the Oregon Division Manager with Asset Preservation, Inc. Kristine has 20 years of
experience in real estate, including business development, asset acquisitions and dispositions for
REITs, and presentations for Delaware Statutory Trusts.

For the past decade, she has exclusively
focused on the 1031 Exchange industry, working with two of the largest and leading 1031 Exchange companies nationwide under Fidelity Title and Stewart Title.

She has facilitated hundreds of various §1031 exchange
transactions and is a speaker educating real estate professionals on the 1031 exchange process.
She is committed to quality customer care, as well as providing the most current information
available with regard to IRC §1031.

Kristine has an extensive background in IRC §1031 tax-deferred exchanges and every aspect of
real estate transactions. Kristine focuses on educating and servicing investors, attorneys, real
estate brokers, agents, accountants, and financial advisors. Her exchange presentations are
practical, thorough, and feature many real-life exchange scenarios to illustrate a wide range of
investment and tax strategies.
