I am originally from Wisconsin. Moved to Austin, TX in 2009 to start a Personal/Private Chef and Catering business, Live Greens PDX LLC. Been operating on my own since 2010. So feel free to reach out about great food too! :)

It was in Austin I found my interest and love for real estate investing and realized this is how I will retire. Been seeking traditional buy and holds but I was introduced to creative finance and lending last year so this is where I am currently.

My main hobby is playing guitar. Don't play as much as I once did but I love to play hard rock and heavy metal and listen to just about anything. I go to at least one heavy metal festival every year.

Another passion of mine is travel! I am always down for a road trip or flying across the world for some exotic adventure!

I have a wife and three cats at home with a baby on the way! This is my biggest motivation to get out, meet new people in the real estate world locally here and build this business so I can hire someone to operate catering business without me doing the day to day.
