Kevin is the CEO and managing member of Prescott Morris, LLC and PDX Capital Partners. He started in real estate in the early 2000’s flipping houses. He is also the President of Cash Flow Investments, LLC which is a real estate holding company which has held and managed over $5 million in assets. He has 20+ years of experience in real estate; including flipping houses, property management, asset management, and development of 8 different multi-family buildings, consisting of 87 units from the ground up. He has also owned and operated a local tavern/ restaurant and has experience hiring and managing employees.
