In 2008, I bought my first investment property - a bank-owned duplex I still have today. Now it's one of several buy and hold properties we have. About 6 years later, my side job became my full time job... and I LOVE it. I have purchased flips, wholesale, buy and hold residential properties, and a storage facility.

1) Multifamily properties in the Salem / Keizer, OR area.
