I am a residential property investor, owning in state and out of state properties. I have also researched properties located in qualified opportunity zones (QOZ’s) and co-housing properties. I work in business and investment consulting with my firm: BCM Ventures and Consulting, I also serve as President and Program coordinator for the Portland Oregon & SW Washington chapter of the American Association of Individual Investors (AAII), and also serve as a member of AAII’s National Chapter Leaders Board.
