Jachin Encarnacion was born in Hayward, California and raised in Portland, Oregon. He comes from a background of 7 years in Geotechnical Engineering and brings his communication and data analyzing skills to bear when working with his real estate clients.

Jachin attended Portland State University and earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering, and his skills in engineering give him a unique insight into how to protect clients, find the best deals, and to analyze properties for investment purposes. Jachin entered the Real Estate world in order to be his own boss, provide better for his family, meet new people, help people accomplish homeownership and hasn’t looked back.

Jachin lives in Milwaukie, OR. He works part time at his engineering job and works most time on his real estate business. He spends his free time spending quality time with his friends and family, hiking, and during the winter season, snowboarding as much as he can.
